Back to reality as Unmade Index joins tech in big fall
The Unmade Index had a rough session, dragged lower by broad-based selling across the larger stocks, joining the trend of a wider ASX downturn.
Nine led the falls, down 2.55%, with Ooh Media not far behind, down 2.20%, while Southern Cross Media slipped 1.99%. News Corp was also weaker, down 1.34%. Further down the table, Sports Entertainment Group had a sharp drop, down 5.36%, while GTN fell 3.39%, Motio was down 3.77% and Enero eased 0.76%. ARN was also lower, off 1.28%.
On the upside, there was little to offset the weakness. Ive edged higher, up 0.35%, while Vinyl Group was the standout, rising 4.94%, though both moves were too small to change the overall direction of the Index.
