The Big Bang Theory wins 1.1m for Nine leading over Winners and Losers

Nine’s new episode of The Big Bang Theory won 1.104m metro viewers last night proving more popular than its flagship show The Block and ranking well ahead of Seven’s drama Winners and Losers.

The Big Bang Theory was second in all programs, as Winners and Losers averaged 930,000 from 8.40pm, preliminary overnight metro ratings from OzTam show.

However Seven’s My Kitchen Rules continued to hold its place as the highest rating show of the night with 1.792m metro viewers, dropping from its dominant 2.11m rating last Tuesday.

Ten’s coverage of the Sochi Winter Olympic Games included Australian Anna Segel’s near-miss with Olympic bronze in the women’s ski slopestyle final.
