Bleeding stops after Unmade Index’s horror week

Gains in five media stocks were enough to halt the continuous slide the Unmade Index has experienced over the past five days.

But while the bleeding may have stopped, the patient is far from healthy.

You don’t need a trendline on the graph below (which shows the Index from day 1, 6 January 2022) to know that the Unmade Index’s decline has a fairly steep gradient over the past two weeks.

Aside from ARN, other gainers today were Ooh Media (+2.76%), Enero up 2.58%, Pureprofile up 2.50% and Motio up 2.08%

On the losing side, News Corp was down 2.81%, Southern Cross was down 1.67%, and Ive was down 0.78%.

The Index ticked up (+0.04) by its smallest displayed increment (0.1) to end the week at 353.7.
