Coles taps McKinsey exec for retail media leadership

Coles 360 has filled its vacant leadership role after almost a year, appointing former McKinsey & Company executive Tiffany Chen as its new general manager.

Chen replaces Paul Brooks, who departed the retailer in February to join the recently rebranded Sayers Group, now operating as Tenet Advisory & Investment.

She brings more than seven years’ experience from consulting giant McKinsey, where she was based in New York, playing a key role in founding and scaling the firm’s retail media network practice.
