Cricket triumphs over tennis, but Seven wins the night

Melbourne Renegades’ six-run defeat ended the season for the Adelaide Strikers and beat Seven’s opening night of the Australian Open, but despite Ten’s cricket success, Seven managed to win the night with an average overall audience share of 19.2%.
