Danny Lavell ends 16-year stint at ACP to join Ten as national direct sales manager
Network Ten has appointed Danny Lavell from ACP as national direct sales manager.
Lavell brings to an end a 16-year career with ACP, where currently he is group national sales manager – men’s lifestyle.
Lavell is the second senior sales move from ACP to Ten announced in recent weeks. Louise Barrett will start as national sales director in the new year.
Network Ten chief sales officer, Barry O’Brien, said: “Danny has had great success running some of the largest titles in ACP’s portfolio. His knowledge and relationships across the marketing and advertising industry will be a great addition to our team.”
Lavell said: “After a successful 16 year career at ACP I’m very much looking forward to the next challenge. I couldn’t be happier to be heading to a fantastic role with the team at Network Ten.”
Congrats Danny. All the best at Ten.
Look forward to catching up when I’m back in April
Regards,

Best of luck with the move over at Ten.
PS thanks for the tip re Lynx, ive never looked back or smelt better.
I’m sure the boys at ACP men’s will miss Dan… he’s very quick minded operator.
A good win for Channel 10.
I’m not very good at the whole selling thing…until I worked with Lavell
What is with all the mag reps moving into TV. Won’t they get confused by all the numbers ? Seven and Nine have some seasoned campaigners in thier TV people who can spin the numbers across multiple demos and with an intrinsic understanding of how to win share / yield. Hope Ten/SBS have a new angle here to claw back thier revenue.
Congrats Danny.
All the best in the new gig mate- Im sure you’ll slay it.
