Domino’s addresses number one complaint about its pizzas in latest campaign
Domino’s has introduced DOM Pizza Checker, a scanner designed to improve the quality and consistency of its pizza.
According to Domino’s CEO Nick Knight, DOM uses artificial intelligence to “recognise, analyse and grade pizzas based on pizza type, correct toppings and even distribution.”
In the new ad Domino’s admits that its number one complaint is ‘My pizza doesn’t look like it should’, which led to the creation of DOM.
this pizza checker is from 2016?
this is a campaign re-do?
Sounds like artifical quality assurance rather than AI.
Seems they can only do one thing at a time. Customer service is so bad we stopped ordering from Dominos.
Why don’t they focus on the major issue, making the pizza taste good. Last time I had one of their pizzas I’d rather have eaten the box.
Of all the things they could have better spent their money on:
1. making their pizzas taste better
2. training their staff to produce nicer pizzas
3. pizza. just pizza
Why don’t you just train the guy making the pizza to top it properly? Having a bot check it at the end seems a bit dumb….isn’t that what the guy at the end of the line/chopping it up is for?
I was very disappointed when I walked in to one of your stores and found out your $5 range has changed to $5.45 with no worning the price has gone up
However you are still advertised a $5 pizza in a pepper ronne.
I have just found a fake nail in my pizza!
