Expert panel to share tips on coping with reputational crisis at CommsCon conference
Communications experts will share case studies of how they helped brands through a public relations crisis in a session at next month’s CommsCon conference.
CommsCon – aimed at PR and communications professionals and organised by Mumbrella’s parent company Focal Attractions – takes place in Sydney on Thursday March 20.
The session on reputation management will see Kirstin Devitt, MD of KDPR, share her experiences of helping a casino client with its communications following the tragic drowning of a guest. And public affairs professional Andrew Woodward will discuss how he helped Indonesian tourism authorities communicate with Australians after the Bali bombings.
