Fast absorption of Nurofen’s new painkiller features in its latest campaign
Nurofen has launched a new campaign to promote its new pain relief product Nurofen Quickzorb.
The campaign sees a swimmer quickly recover from a headache after taking the pain killers and get back to swimming laps.
The campaign was based off of the insight that when people experience pain they want fast relief, such as that the new Quickzorb product is offering.
You shouldn’t really do sport whilst taking pain killers.
Not sure how that’s an insight.
Everything wrong with the advertising industry summed up in a sentence:
“An environment where this woman is surrounded by water emphasises the fast absorption of Quickzorb and it creates a refreshing, revitalising atmosphere that really helps the ad come to life.”
CD: We can’t put a woman in a bikini on the beach anymore, our research tells us that it might be perceived as shallow and sexist. But we still need to include an attractive scantily clad woman.
Copywriter: What if… she’s swimming as a sport? Health and fitness is great currency at the moment, so it might lessen the blatancy of focusing on a model wearing a swimsuit.
CD: You’ve done it again! We start shooting in 4, no 3 weeks. Now bring me some models to cast.
Who is the female actor in the nurofen quickzorb advert the swimming advert blue bikini girl
I think it’s Gemma Forsyth
Why does the tv ad sound like she’s saying QuickTHORB!!!!
