Fiverr, Shippit and Seven Rooms among new wins for The PR Group

The PR Group has rounded out the year with six new clients.

Freelance marketplace Fiverr and guest experience platform Seven Rooms both engaged the agency to assist in launching in Australia.

Fiverr hired The PR Group for its launch

Both projects involved an education element, with The PR Group ensuring freelancers and media bodies would understand the breadth of Fiverr’s services, and that the hospitality industry would know the ways in which guest data can be used to deliver superior experience thanks to Seven Rooms.

Fiverr head of global communications, Siobhan Alders, said: “We were impressed by The PR Group’s passion and deep understanding of the future of work, which was shown in the pitch. The team has been instrumental in raising our profile and supporting our growth in the Australian market and a key partner in our local success”

Director of PR and brand marketing at Seven Rooms, Bianca Esmond, added: “Our [request for proposal] process was competitive but The PR Group stood out in their ability to deliver meaningful results and create an impactful, strategically aligned campaign for our market entry and continued brand awareness.”

Also new to the agency’s client list is ecommerce and logistics technology company, Shippit, which engaged The PR Group to build its profile and reputation, and manage communications around its capital raising round.

Digital product agency, Dovetail, hired The PR Group to support its expansion in Australia. Meanwhile, ProForm Foods appointed the agency to launch its MEET consumer line of plant-based meat substitutes.

Finally, The Wade Institute for Entrepreneurship has joined The PR Group’s roster after hiring it to support the VC Catalyst program, which educates sophisticated investors on how to successfully invest in high-growth technology startups.

Agency CEO, Caroline Shawyer, reflected on the year that was:  “We are grateful to serve the innovation community in the APAC region, to be growth partners of such exciting, valuable and innovative organisations.

“We welcome our new clients to our growing family, and we look forward to remaining the partner of choice for technology innovators and game changers in the Asia-Pacific region into 2021.”
