Geely Auto shifts agency gears with Bastion
Geely recently launched its 'Me Time' campaign in Australia
Geely Auto Australia has appointed Bastion to handle its creative and media duties, following a review of its agency roster.
The Chinese carmaker recently called a pitch across its media, creative and PR accounts, a year after naming Havas Host as its creative agency and Havas Media as its inaugural Australian media partner in late 2024.
As a result of the review, Geely is to shift creative and media responsibilities to independent agency Bastion, while continuing to work with Dentsu across social and public relations.
Another loss for Havas Media, what a disaster of a year for the french agency. They had to buy Kaimera because they couldn’t win a single pitch. Good luck to them in 2026 – they’ll need it!
