Great Australian Spelling Bee lifts but comes fourth in its slot as House Husbands dips
Ten’s new show The Great Australian Spelling Bee has lifted its audience marginally on last week with 662,000 metro viewers last night, up from 655,000 last week.
However, the result still saw the show come in at fourth in its 7.30pm prime-time timeslot.
The children’s spelling contest could not match for Nine’s reality cooking show The Hotplate which drew 902,000 viewers on a night when no program, outside of news and current affairs drew over the million mark.
