Grill’d takes aim at competitor fast food brands in Trump-fronted ads

Grill’d is using images of US president Donald Trump eating fast food to make a statement about McDonald’s, Domino’s and KFC.

Emblazoned with the phrase ‘You are what you eat’, the ads come off the back of the launch of Grill’d’s new 100% natural burger menu, which contains zero artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

The week-long campaign concludes on Friday 30 October, just days ahead of the US presidential election on 3 November. The images are appearing as full-page ads in the Herald Sun and the Daily Telegraph, and as posters across Sydney and Melbourne.
