Her professional background spans senior brand and strategy work for major international names including HBO, SiriusXM, Tinder and Paris Hilton’s 11:11 Media, where she has helped translate cultural insight into meaningful commercial growth.

Howell is the founder of Pilates Gang, a wellness community reframing fitness as a cultural movement, and the host of Core and Commerce, a podcast exploring wellness, entrepreneurship and personal growth. She also advises wellness brands and founders on sustainable, community-led growth, and has been recognised internationally, including being named to AdWeek New York’s “Future Is Female” list.
