Impressive pinches Hatched’s general manager
Digital marketing agency Impressive has nabbed Hatched’s general manager, Rebecca Den Braber.
Den Braber joins the independent agency as its general manager, where she will be responsible for growing the business and continuing the momentum it has felt this year so far.
Impressive has been growing its client roster, adding Fleet Card and Card Smart to its portfolio. Other clients include Mattel, Space Furniture, Mitre 10, Lorna Jane, and Hertz.
This year has also seen the successful roll out of its SEO tool Skailed, which has been designed to automate the research and creation of landing pages.

Den Braber joins Impressive after five-and-a-half years with independent media agency Hatched, where she was head of digital, then general manager. Prior to that, she was general manager of Admatic, and also has a decade of experience at Dentsu under her belt.
She said Impressive’s growth since it was founded nine years ago has been “nothing short of remarkable”.
“I’m genuinely impressed by Impressive’s strong culture of innovation and performance, grounded in a people-first leadership mindset,” she said in a media release on Tuesday.
Founder and CEO of the agency, Robert Tadros, said Impressive is at a “pivotal point” — the agency operating model is evolving to offer fully integrated marketing capabilities, underpinned by tech and AI.
“Bec brings the ideal blend of skills, leadership, and experience to help guide this transformation,” he said in the release.
