Jo Dick steps into NSW Government role after leaving CRA

Commercial Radio and Audio’s (CRA) inaugural chief commercial officer Jo Dick quietly left the role in August, and has since joined NSW Department of Customer Service in an advisory role.

Dick joined CRA in May 2021 as its first chief commercial officer, when the organisation was called Commercial Radio Australia. She also spent a period of time in 2024 as acting CEO, after Ford Ennals quit the organisation in April.

Over the past two years, the CRA has weathered an elongated and costly copyright battle against music collection body PPCA over royalty rates that forced the organisation to sell its offices and permanently cancel the Australian Commercial Radio Awards.
