Justice League cracks $8m in first weekend at box office

New DC Comics film Justice League finished its first weekend at Australia’s box office with more than $8m in earnings across 729 screens.

The latest superhero film sees Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash attempt to save the world from a newly awakened enemy. It made $8.088m over the weekend.
