Kekovich takes Meat and Livestock message out to the world

Meat and Livestock Australia brand ambassador Sam Kekovich is taking his annual Australia Day message to the US and will ask the United Nations to declare January 26 as ‘International Australia Day’.

Kekovich, who fronts MLA’s annual Australia Day TV ads in a face-to-camera rant about “unAustralianism” and why people should eat lamb, is taking his message out to the rest of the world, on a tour which will see him visit the UN headquarters in New York and Hollywood.

His tour is being followed by Seven’s Sunrise programme, where he will appear in a daily diary segment until January 20.
