Kirsty Angus joins One Green Bean as head of planning

Public relations agency One Green Bean has appointed Kirsty Angus as head of planning, also hiring Will Allen as managing partner, social.

Angus joins from advertising and marketing agency Pulse Collective where she was the general manager.

She also spent time as Pulse Collective’s head of strategy.

Angus said she had long admired the One Green Bean operation.

“It’s great to be working with a team that I’ve always admired creatively and I’m excited about the possibilities presented at One Green Bean to help build strong, effective marketing communications across paid, owned and earned channels,” Angus said.

Allen joins One Green Bean as a managing partner, social from his previous role as a business director at We Are Social in the UK where he worked with brands including Adidas, Audi, Samsung, Beats by Dre and Perform Group.

“I’m incredibly excited to be joining such an innovative agency. There are great opportunities here to do some really original, creative work for our forward thinking brands,” Allen said.

The two appointments follow recents client wins in July, including Tourism Australia, Holden and Red Bull.
