Kyle Sandiland’s legal filing against ARN, word for word
This is the “Concise Statement” of Kyle Sandilands’ case against ARN in the Federal Court, filed just after 5pm last Friday. It argues that ARN termination of Sandilands’ contract was invalid, and that Sandilands (through his company Quasar) is still owed everything agreed under the 10-year contract. And what a lot of money that is, here laid out in beautiful detail for the first time (and highlighted in bold for you below).
Note the Commonwealth Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) is owned and controlled by ARN.
There are two other documents filed in the case that we have not yet seen, according to court records: Sandilands affidavit and the “Originating Application”.
