Magazine editor Nik Howe reveals online venture Buck

Former Time Out and Sport & Style editor Nik Howe today unveiled his latest project – online men’s magazine Buck.

The magazine claims it will be “the first and only dedicated online lifestyle authority for men in Australia, appealing to a new generation of gentleman in search of thought-provoking humour and visual stimulation in a non-traditional format – delivered via a computer rather than a newsstand or a newspaper”.

The biannual digital edition magazine is being produced by Howe’s content agency Articulate. There is also a Buck blog which launched today.

Howe told Mumbrella:  “Being online and in multiple formats will enable our readers and advertisers to utilise video, audio and other interactive technology on a platform men are using more and more as their primary source of entertainment and information.”
