Fair to say that the Greenpeace competition to find the best video to trash Volkwagen, which it accuses of blocking environmental laws in Europe, is turning out a mixed bag of results.

I believe that Greenpeace did take this to agencies as a concept. I know one agency that was potentially asked to execute this campaign. Not sure if they went through with it as it could have caused conflict with some of their other clients
