Man of Many appoints Amelia Navascues to lead social, video and production growth
Man of Many has hired Amelia Navascues to be its head of social and production.

The announcement:
Man of Many, Australia’s largest digital men’s lifestyle publication, has appointed Amelia Navascues as head of social & production. The strategic hire drives the brand’s next phase of growth across video, social, and podcasting, building on a period of significant industry recognition.
The appointment signals a major expansion for Man of Many as it accelerates investment in premium video formats, serialised storytelling, and original podcast programming. This evolution aims to bridge the gap between high-quality editorial and broadcast-style entertainment across short and long-form platforms.
Navascues brings over a decade of experience across the media industry, having worked in broadcast radio, digital publishing, and social content at organisations including MIK Studio, Triple J, Mamamia, and Fremantle Media Australia. In her new role, she will leverage this diverse background to lead the publication’s content strategy and oversee the rollout of these new multimedia initiatives.
Most recently, during her three years at MIK Studio, Navascues oversaw the production of culturally significant series featuring some of the country’s most recognised talent. Her portfolio includes Anomalous with Em Rusciano (Spotify’s Best Podcasts of 2024 So Far, #1 Health Podcast Australia, and a 2025 Australian Podcast Awards People’s Choice nominee), alongside chart-toppers including The Fairbairn Podcast (#3 Comedy Podcast Australia), Mel & Sam (#2 Comedy Podcast Australia), Pump Up the Jams (#4 Music Podcast Australia), and The Hosting Masterclass (#1 Arts Podcast Australia).
She will now focus on streamlining how Man of Many’s content is conceived, produced, and repurposed, ensuring a cohesive narrative across all digital touchpoints.
Building on a legacy of innovation, Navascues joins the team at a pivotal moment. Man of Many recently solidified its status as a market leader, securing Media Brand of the Year and Website of the Year at the 2025 Mumbrella Awards. The publisher’s push into premium video has also garnered global acclaim, with its original productions selected for the New York City International Fashion Film Festival and Fashion Film Festival Chicago.
These accolades follow a trajectory of sustained commercial success, including being named a Financial Times High-Growth Company (APAC), an AFR Fast 100, a SmartCompany Smart50, and a Deloitte Tech Fast 500 winner.
Her appointment also reinforces Man of Many’s offering to brand partners. With the publisher recently winning Gold for Best Native Advertising at the Digital Media Awards Asia, Navascues’ production expertise will further elevate the capabilities of Man of Many’s in-house branded content studio, offering advertisers opportunities for broadcast-quality integration.
“Man of Many already has incredibly strong foundations, deep editorial authority, a loyal audience, and a clear point of view,” said Navascues. “I’m excited to be part of the next phase of building on what’s already there and taking it to the next level. I’m looking forward to developing new podcast and video formats that allow our journalism and storytelling to travel further, while staying true to the quality and credibility the brand is known for.”
Man of Many co-founders Frank Arthur and Scott Purcell welcomed the appointment, noting the importance of the role in shaping the company’s next chapter.
“Amelia’s proven ability to create chart-topping content aligns perfectly with our vision for the future of Man of Many,” said Scott Purcell. “As we accelerate our investment in multimedia, her expertise will be instrumental in translating our editorial voice into premium audio and visual experiences. We are thrilled to have her leading the charge on this exciting new chapter.”
