Mediacom settles Rob Moore case ahead of scheduled mediation, saying ’employee wellbeing is essential’
Group M’s Mediacom has settled its court case with former Melbourne general manager Rob Moore ahead of a mediation scheduled for later this week, Mumbrella can reveal.
The agency and Moore “agreed to resolve the matters in dispute between them on an amicable, confidential basis,” WPP said. “Both parties recognise that employee wellbeing is essential in the workplace and Mediacom remains committed to ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all of its people.”

Mediacom and Moore have settled the case
Great example of WPP buying its way out of a bullying and/or mistreatment situation.
Now we should all read those WPP PR articles about mental health and wellbeing shall we?
Do you think we are all idiots?
No, but you should understand that this is the best solution for both parties.
Rob can close this book and move on and Mediacom/GroupM/WPP can hopefully learn the lesson and make better decisions moving forward.
How else would you prefer to see this solution play out?
