Mindbox appoints ex-Ikon staff as general manager

Jessica To has joined Mindbox as general manager, with the previous general manager, Paul Maddock moving to head of operations.

To joins the digital marketing and media consultancy from Ikon, now AKQA Media, where she held the role of media and data director.
