4:37pm – Southern Cross Austereo’s CEO Rhys Holleran has told Mumbrella he’s pleased with today’s court result, adding it will come as a relief to all broadcasters, as it means the ACMA cannot rule on whether criminal offences have ben committed. He said: “If we’re going to be found guilty of a crime it should be before a judge. It’s just an authority felt they had the power to look at the matter and make a judgement themselves.”
