Mumbrellacast: Seven beats Harrison (again), ADMA boss exits, Budget, Ralph van Dijk’s audio pearls of wisdom
It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for: after six long years, we’ve finally relaunched Mumbrella’s weekly podcast: Mumbrellacast.
Each week we will be bringing you a round up of the week’s biggest news stories from the world of media and marketing, followed by an interview with one (or several) of the industry’s most interesting people.
Don’t forget you’ve still got this audioBoom account too. Found this useful on the way to work some days. Looking forward to the new one- is it in iTunes too? https://audioboom.com/channel/Mumbrella
Hi Claire, thanks for the reminder… if you search Mumbrellacast in iTunes the correct feed will come up. Cheers!
I was interested to see a Mumbrella podcast show up last week on my weekly download of podcasts via iTunes. I was even more interested when the hosts started talking about Stephen Conroy as if he were a current federal minister. Then I checked the date on the podcast – 2010. Is this a sneaky way of promoting the new series?
Hey Ian, thanks for getting in touch. The old episodes appeared once we moved the feed onto a new server in preparation for the relaunch. Nothing sneaky going on behind the scenes, we promise! Every new episode from now on will be from 2018…
Good podcast. Slightly disappointed that you didn’t really cover “why it’s almost impossible to make money from long-format podcasting”.
