Nestle Purina launches first content video with Yahoo7 Storytellers
Nestle Purina is educating Australian pet owners on the importance of a balanced lifestyle in its Purina video series, with the first instalment featuring the story of a woman and her dog.
The one and a half minute video features Carly, who tells how her dog Bella transformed her lifestyle and eating habits.
That was not “content”. That was an overly long, over-stylised TVC.
Very cringey indeed.
I’d love to know why you hate branded content – it’s a far more seamless and less intrusive form of advertising, that can be engaging for the right audiences. It’s very close minded of you to write such a comment. It’s a high quality video, promoting a fantastic product, and i’m sure that dog owners will find it interesting to watch. If someone doesn’t like it, they can skip – or if the option isn’t available, just switch tabs until it’s over. Branded content like this keeps websites free for users to enjoy.
