New fundraising and integrated marketing agency, Call To Action, launches

Fundraising and integrated marketing agency, Call To Action, has set up shop in Melbourne.
The announcement:
Call To Action, a new integrated marketing and fundraising agency dedicated to driving results for not-for-profits and purpose-led brands, has launched in Melbourne. The agency aims to bridge the gap between commercial marketing excellence and purpose-driven impact.
Founded by Jack Biss, former digital strategy director at leading UK agency Open, Call To Action brings global fundraising and digital expertise to the Australian and New Zealand markets. During his time in the UK, Biss developed digital and fundraising strategies for organisations including the International Committee of the Red Cross, WWF, and NHS trusts, raising millions through innovative campaigns and products.
“The fundraising landscape is evolving rapidly, particularly in digital,” says Biss.
“Having worked with major UK and international charities, I’ve seen firsthand how applying commercial marketing principles and digital expertise can transform fundraising results. I’m excited to help Australian and New Zealand charities turn digital into an acquisition powerhouse.”
“But it’s not just about bringing commercial expertise to the nonprofit sector,” Biss continues. “Purpose-led brands can learn a lot from how charities connect emotionally with their audiences. We’re here to help conscious businesses harness the power of cause-driven storytelling while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.”
The agency launches with a comprehensive service offering including strategy, campaigns, creative, and digital marketing. Call To Action has hit the ground running, securing inaugural clients including Spartan Australia, NZ & Fiji and climate campaigning organisation, Lock The Gate Alliance.
“We’re small but mighty,” explains Biss. “Call To Action is built to move quickly and scale to our clients’ needs. In addition to our growing team, we tap into our network of highly skilled specialists – from creatives and developers to fundraisers – to build the perfect skill base for each project. This agile approach ensures we have the best people for every job, without the overheads that typically come with a full-service agency.”
This strategic move comes at a time when both charitable giving and conscious consumerism are on the rise, with organisations increasingly seeking partners who understand both purpose and performance.
Call To Action will operate from The Hive Milton House in Melbourne, servicing clients across Australia and New Zealand.
