Nine MD Amanda Laing resigns

Nine managing director Amanda Laing has resigned and will leave the company in July.

Laing began with the wider group in 1999 as general counsel for ACP Magazines which Nine sold to Bauer Media in 2012. She was promoted to the MD position at the end of 2015.

“It’s a privilege to have been part of a company as dynamic and successful as Nine over a period that has seen such profound change in the media landscape,” she said in a statement.
