Nine secures a narrow win on Sunday night as COVID-19 impacts AFL
A positive test for COVID-19 over the weekend by Essendon Bombers player Conor McKenna meant some last minute changes for Seven’s TV lineup as the Sunday match between the Bombers and the Melbourne Demons was canned while the spread of the infection is investigated.
The starting times for the other Sunday matches – Gold Coast Suns vs Adelaide Crows and Fremantle Dockers vs Port Adelaide Power – were changes, with both matches moving two hours later in the day.
