Noisy gains new business director from UM Australia

Noisy — a culture and music agency — has hired a former creative connections director from UM Australia to serve as its newest business director.

Andrew “AJ” Harris is joining Noisy after four years at UM. He entered the IPG Mediabrands-backed agency in 2021 as a senior integrated planner. He was promoted to senior creative connections designer in July 2022, before taking on the creative connections director position in July last year, leading its media partnerships with alcohol giant, Lion.

Harris’ other UM clients included Target, ING, Optus and Energizer, and his remit covered execution, development and strategy of brand partnerships.
