‘Not smart play’: Seven delays launch of Little Big Shots to avoid audience clash with Ninja Warrior

Seven will delay the launch of its program Little Big Shots, arguing it is “not smart play” to split family audiences with Ninja Warrior.

The show was to air on 7:00pm this Sunday, but would have competed against Nine’s Ninja Warrior, which attracted 1.68m metro viewers to its Sunday premiere, beating Seven’s House Rules finale.

Little Big Shots was set to air this Sunday at 7:00pm.

On Monday night Ninja Warrior reached 1.604m metro viewers while Tuesday night’s episode pulled 1.470m – giving Nine a 12.7% average audience share lead.
