Panasonic prankee Rommy Gulla ‘is a role player’

The man who will allegedly be pranked for 28 days in Panasonic’s new advertising campaign is a “role-player”, advertising agency Campaign Palace has admitted.

However, the company insists that “Rommy Gulla” the star of The 28 Day Persecution of Rommy Gulla campaign – is not an actor and is a real person. Despite hundreds of web references to Gulla in connection with Panasonic, Mumbrella has been unable to find any other evidence of such a person existing in Australia.

The campaign, which launches next week, presents Gulla as a real person who is going to have jokes played upon him  throughout October.
