Paul Payne – formerly of Thinktruck, Mediacom, OMD, and PHD – joins Hearts & Science as chief strategy officer

Hearts & Science, Omnicom Media Group’s newest media agency, has appointed Paul Payne as chief strategy officer.

It’s not the first time Payne has worked with OMG, having previously served as chief strategy officer at OMD and managing director at PHD across the APAC region. Most recently, Payne co-founded strategy and creative consultancy Thinktruck, working with clients such as Carat – where he was head of strategy in the early 2000s – Mediacom – where he worked for six years in chief strategy officer roles – OMG, and Vice.

The Hearts & Science role will have Payne overseeing strategy and planning nationally, and supporting new business for the agency, which launched in the local market at the start of last year.
