Quickflix expands catalogue to include HBO

Online video streaming and home delivery service Quickflix has entered a content licensing agreement with American cable network HBO (Home Box Office) for its VOD service.

The deal will see Quickflix stream a number of the network’s top rating, previously-aired series,  films and documentaries including Entourage, Sex and the City, The Sopranos, Band of Brothers an The Pacific.

The service will be available soon.

Quickflix has quickly gained the Australian VOD rights for numerous US production and distribution companies, such as NBC Universal and Sony Pictures Television.
