SBS pays tribute to Caterine de Nave

Multicultural broadcaster SBS has paid tribute to commissioning editor for drama, comedy and entertainment Caterina de Nave passed away on the weekend, following a long battle with illness.

De Nave joined SBS in 2008 and was responsible for the commissioning of many of the network’s more high profile shows such as Better Man, Danger 5, Housos, Legally Brown and A Pang for Brazil.

She also led several Eurovision specials.

“We are immensely saddened by the death of a much loved and well respected colleague,” said Michael Ebeid SBS managing director.
