SCA and SWM twin on price as merger nears

Merging media companies Seven West Media and Southern Cross Austereo ended the day with valuations within $228,000 of each other.

Southern Cross Austereo’s 1.2% improvement lifted it back above the $200m market capitalisation threshold, and took it back above SWM’s valuation.

The two companies are due to merge in the coming weeks.
