Seven CFO gone as SCA merger takes effect
Craig Haskins has left the newly merged Seven/SCA
With the merger between Seven West Media and Southern Cross Austereo completed today, Seven chief financial officer Craig Haskins is the first executive to go.
SCA informed the market that Haskins will depart in the first quarter, with Toby Potter remaining as Southern Cross CFO on an interim basis, while a search for a permanent CFO is ongoing. Haskins joined Seven as its CFO in July 2024.
Former Seven CEO Jeff Howard assumes the role of managing director and CEO, effective today.
