Seven’s The Front Bar: Gold Coast edition rates just 354,000

Seven’s Commonwealth Games edition of sports chat show The Front Bar failed to make the top 20 programs in OzTam’s overnight preliminary ratings, pulling in 354,000 metro viewers for the episode.

The Front Bar: Gold Coast Edition stars Mick Molloy, Sam Pang and Andy Maher and will run once more on April 12. Nationally, last night’s audience was 527,000.

While traditionally Seven’s The Front Bar is an AFL show which runs in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, the Commonwealth Games edition is national. It aims to bring a light hearted approach to the 2018 Commonwealth Games as well as celebrate previous champions. Last night it ran at 8.30pm, against Ten’s Hughesy We Have a Problem at 8:40pm and Nine’s The Big Bang Theory.
