Seven’s Winners & Losers drops more viewers on second outing as Ten beats Seven in share

Seven’s local drama series Winners & Losers slipped on its second outing despite being moved to an earlier timeslot as it struggled to compete with ratings powerhouses The Voice and Masterchef.

The show grabbed 589,000 viewers at 8.30pm, after picking up  646,000 viewers at 9.35pm last week. However the season opener picked up an extra 182,000 viewers in time-shifted viewing to take the episode’s total audience to 824,000.

Meanwhile, Nine’s The Voice won the night pulling in 1.439m metro viewers in the 7.30pm timeslot ahead of Ten’s Masterchef which was watched by 1.231m.
