‘Spill the tea’: Tetley releases new brand platform

Global tea brand Tetley Tea has released a playful interactive campaign encouraging people to ‘spill the tea’ while enjoying the hot beverage.

The campaign plays on the cultural term often used to describe the act of sharing gossip or revealing personal information.

Tetley Tea ANZ head of marketing Divya Shrivastava said the tongue-in-cheek idea aims to ignite chatter amongst Australians across the country all while enjoying a cuppa in hand.

“At Tetley, we’re all about spilling the tea,” she said.

“Through our platform, we’re committed to bringing the latest news and gossip to our customers before it breaks headlines across the globe.”

The work will be rolling out in Australia and New Zealand across social, video and out-of-home.
