Target gears up for toy sale with campaign led by talking bear

Target is using a talking bear to promote its toy sale which the retailer is positioning as “the greatest toy sale on earth”.

Promoting the toy sale which launches on Wednesday, the ad features a talking bear similar to Seth McFarlane’s Ted character who talks about the “exclusive” toys available at the sale while surrounded by toy ponies running and cheerleader dolls.

The campaign is some of the last work from Big Red following on from Target appointing AJF Partnership to the account early last month.
