The outgoing editor of The Sunday Telegraph has signed off after 12 years at the helm of the newspaper.
In his Mick’s Picks column, in yesterday’s paper, Carroll announced his role change to readers, ushering in new weekend editor Anna Caldwell .
“Today is my final edition as editor of The Sunday Telegraph,” Carroll wrote. “After 12 years editing Australia’s most-read newspaper and its digital platforms, and four years of editing its sister publication The Saturday Telegraph, I am changing gigs.
Mick Carroll has a significant task ahead, needing to rebuild trust due to the mega low feedback ratings. Good Luck Mick, you’ll need it.
