Toohey’s Extra Dry’s portal adventure
Toohey’s Extra Dry attempts to explain what happens to beers that go missing at house parties in the brand’s new campaign launching this weekend.
“Portals” sees a party-goer make an unexpected journey when he finds his drink has gone missing.
Shane Bradnick, BMF’s creative director, said: “We’ve all had our beers disappear from a house party before… you put a six-pack in the tub and when you come back you can’t find your second beer. It’s nice to think it wasn’t your friends who took them.”
From a target audience perspective. Love it.
the tongue freaks me out
Win! Nice work guys
I’ll have what they’re having.
Unrealistic. There is never that much ice left in the bath tub when the beer has run out.
Shame that the beer still tastes like crap…
Brilliant work guys!
Love the creative brain who created that! that is fabulous!
The beer tastes good.
Awesomesauce
That’s my house. It rocks.

The bloke rocks up without beers!
FAIL!
Very nicely done, love the idea behind it. Just not sure about the tongue…
its just dumb!
Like the idea. Pity it
a) tastes like crap
b) comes from Lion Nathan (ie Not a real brewery)
Two Coopers thanks.
I like it… but hang on I thought beers ads had to be in slo-mo these days.. 😛
@Trimble – your tastebuds must be too close to your bum!
It’s a good beer – with generally, fantastically innovative marketing & advertising campaigns
And correct, Lion Nathan is not a brewery. It’s a company that owns, operates & manufactures product at various breweries around the country.
