Truescope acquires media intelligence unit in North America
Australian media intelligence company Truescope has acquired Universal Information Services (UIS) in North America.
UIS is a media intelligence agency based in Omaha, Nebraska. With the integration of services currently underway, Truescope is set to add hundreds of clients after the acquisition.
Truescope was founded by former iSentia CEO of almost two decades, John Croll, who stepped down after two years of share price decline, and a $48 million write off of following the company’s failed King Content investment. iSentia was acquired by Access Intelligence in late 2021 after losing significant market value.
