TV bloggers Molk and Perry launch Decider TV
Two of Australia’s main TV bloggers are to merge their sites and launch Decider TV, a website aimed at helping consumers decide what to watch on television.
Kevin Perry editor of Nelbie.com and Steve Molk of MolksTVTalk.com have joined forces to deliver a new TV commentary website which will cover both traditional television and also emerging platforms such as streaming services.
According to the announcement the pair together with a “a very talented writing team” will aim to cover news, opinion, interviews, reviews, recaps, ratings, a TV guide and podcasts.
“This is something myself and Steve have been talking about for a long time,” Perry told Mumbrella. “We both love writing about television and engaging with TV fans via social media. By joining forces we can expose each other’s content to a bigger audience and better compete against mainstream media publications.

Maybe they are doing it for the love of it Emma. Not everything is about making money.

Er… do they? Foxtel subscriptions are up and churn is down, Netflix is estimated to be in some one million homes, FTA reaches more than 80 per cent of the population.
There’s more content than ever, but it’s pretty clear viewers are engaging with it. If the whole premise of the site is made up, doesn’t leave much hope for the content on it.
