TV ratings: The Block provides a strong Monday night foundation for Nine

Channel Nine has won Monday night, a nice result on the same day that Seven declared the overall 2023 victory.

The Block continues to be a ratings draw for Nine, pulling 757,000 across the five capital cities. Interestingly, the audiences stick around through the news, but drift slightly during A Current Affair, before returning for The Block.

This drift is most likely in the form of a wave, which lifts viewers from Nine and lands them on the sunny shores of Summer Bay for their 7pm viewing over on Seven.
