Nine’s The Voice wins the night despite posting lowest audience to date

The Voice improved Nine's ratings but not enough to win the week

Nine’s The Voice dropped to its lowest ever audience last night; however, it still broke the 1m viewer mark in the 7:30pm slot to reach 1.186m viewers as the most-watched program of the evening.

The Voice series-to-date is down 14% compared with the same point last year.

However, it easily out-rated its reality rivals Masterchef and House Rules with Ten’s cooking competition drawing a metro audience of 919,000 to beat Seven’s House Rules which had an audience of 801,000.
