Unmade Index: ARN improves as Samuel Terry tightens hold

ARN Media’s share price improve slightly on Tuesday after Samuel Terry Asset Management was revealed as having grown its stake to a significant 22.7% share in the audio company.

Samuel Terry, run by Fred Woollard, has been growing its stake in ARN for some time. It became ARN’s biggest shareholder in September last year. The latest investment took the company up from what was previously an 18.8% stake.

Last week, News Corp revealed that it had sold its 13.2% holding in ARN.

ARN closed up 0.44% for the day, with a market capitalisation of $141m.
